In the framework of the FP7 Marie Curie – People IAPP project “Radiography of the Past”,  a  series  of  three  High  Formation  Summer  Schools  (2010 - 2012)  will  be organized.  This  third  Summer  School  is  especially  concerned  with  visualization, interpretation and virtual reconstructions of complex archaeological sites.   Teaching  strategy: theoretical  topics  and  case  studies,  hands  on  applications, practical  IT  based  sessions  and  lab  activities  with  the  aim  to  interpret,  visualize, present and reconstruct archaeological data and ancient landscapes data.   Official language: English.   Location: Archaeological   park   of   the Roman   site   of Carnuntum and   the “Kulturfabrik”  located  in  the  nearby  village  of  Hainburg,  not  far  from  Vienna  and Bratislava.
