Call for contributions for special session on Sustainable Tourism in the context of global population changes
Within the broad topic of the DSOTT 2025 conference, this session aims to stimulate the academic discussion and research on topics related to the challenges that the global population changes bring to the sustainable tourism development. Although these impacting changes and unprecedented times we are living in, the population dynamics remains a central issue in the society and form the consumer base for the tourism services/products. However, research often lacks of a comprehensive view of how population dynamics intersect with sustainability in
tourism.
The Conference will be held in the beautiful Coimbra, Portugal, next June 4-6, 2025.
