The University of Évora will have a Doctorate in Tourism

The accreditation of this degree, by A3ES, which will be offered starting in the academic year 2025/2026, reflects the institution’s commitment to advanced training and research in the tourism field.

According to Hermínia Vilar, Rector of the University of Évora, with the start of this Doctorate degree, the university “reinforces the capacity to train professionals with an interdisciplinary and innovative vision in the field. It is also an important step to strengthen CIDEHUS’ ‘Tourism and Populations’ line of research.”
